Our pork ribs are a proper rack! Cut from our whole pork bellies supplied by our local butcher, we add a rib rub, then smoke them for 3+ hours and slow-cook them for another 8+ hours until tender and delicious. Half a rack is a substantial meal, a whole rack is a proper feast! We pack them in a boil-in-the-bag pouch with BBQ sauce, so all you need to do to re-heat them is pop them in a pan of boiling water for 10 minutes until piping hot.
Half rack serves one (average weight 400g).
