Our pork belly slices are smoked for 16+ hours for fall-apart softness. We then pack it in a boil-in-the-bag pouch, so all you have to do is pop it in a pan of boiling water for 10 minutes to re-heat at home. You can then finish it off in a hot frying pan or under the grill to crisp the outside for extra flavour.

Serves one (average pak weight 170g).

This product may have been previously frozen, do not re-freeze.
