OK, so we are all getting a little fatigued by the ever-changing landscape with regards to staying safe in these crazy times, but we keep going and now have a whole new set of guidance which we've outlined below.
The good news is we're able to stay open! The changes to how we can do this are as follows:
We must now be closed by 10pm at the latest - which is closed and all our lovely customers making their way home by this time, as opposed to last orders at 10pm. We'll be changing our hours accordingly.
Customers and staff must now wear a face covering (mask, visor or other covering) when entering, leaving and moving around the pub. You can take your face covering off when you are sat down at your table.
You can only visit in groups of up to 6 people, unless you are a larger single household. Whilst with us, you should not mix with other groups and maintain a 1m+ distance from other customers when moving around the building and wearing your face covering.
Table service only - we have largely done this anyway up until this point, but from now on, we will implement it completely. So, when you come in, find your table (or wait to be shown to one by a member of staff if you haven't booked) and we'll come and take your order - this applies for just drinks and food.
You must provide your details when you visit, either via the NHS QR codes displayed and the related app (when it's launched) or by completing one of our contact and trace forms. If you have booked a table, we will use the contact number provided with the booking for the whole group, or each guest can check in with the QR code and app.
The document below provides an overview of these new regulations and we'll be updating our guidance posters around the building. If you have any questions whilst you are with us, please just ask a member of staff. We look forward to seeing you all and making the most of the precious time you have with your friends and family.
