It's getting closer to Christmas!

Sundown by 7.30pm, heavy dew on the grass in the mornings, chillier evenings and Strictly starting on the telly-box... this all adds up to only one thing, we are creeping towards the festive season!

What's more exciting is that we can hopefully approach it with a little less trepidation this year, as we continue to enjoy life at some level of normality. For most of us, we can meet with family, friends and colleagues again in the lead up to Christmas without needing to restrict numbers or who we include in those groups - a luxury we haven't had for the last two! So, with that in mind, we have prepared a Christmas party menu, available throughout December, that we hope will meet the specialness of these occasions.

You can find all the details in our Christmas Menu section on the website, or pick up a printed copy from the pub. We will be running it throughout December during our usual opening hours. We can accommodate groups from 2 to 40, so whether it be your partner or entire office you would like to bring along, we can hopefully find a date that works for you.

All we ask is that you book to be able to order from the Christmas menu (there will be other Christmas-themed dishes available on our usual menu) and that you pre-order so we can have everything ready for you. We will also be asking for a £5 deposit per head to confirm the booking.

Are you likely to be the organiser of your group? Well, we know it can feel a little like herding cats getting everyone to send their order through, so we have you covered. Once we have confirmed your booking, we will send you a link to an online form which you can then share with everyone in your party. They can use this link to send us their choices individually. We can of course also do it the old-fashioned way if any of your group prefer!
