Get a taste of the Bell Smokehouse at home!

New for 2023, we are now selling our smoked and cured meats for you to enjoy at home. And we will be joining other local producers with a stand at Eat Bideford on 1 April so you can have a try before you buy!

Our smoked meats are a quick and easy meal solution, that uses very little energy to reheat, it's both an economic and delicious option!


We will have the following products available on a regular basis:

  • Slow smoked beef brisket in gravy

  • Slow smoked pork belly

  • Smoked ribs

These are all pre-portioned (serves one) and packed for you to pop into a pan of boiling water at home to reheat in just 10 minutes, meaning you have a great, slow smoked meat in a fraction of the time. In addition, we will also have our home cured meats available for order going forwards:

  • Home cured black treacle and Exmoor Ale bacon (unsmoked)

  • Home cured corned beef and corned beef hash

And if that wasn't enough, we also have pudding covered! We are selling our homemade desserts, baked in our kitchen by the brilliant Sue. You can finish your meal with a tray bake of:

  • Sticky toffee pudding

  • Lemon drizzle

  • Biscoff and white chocolate blondie

  • Carrot cake

Plus more to add as we develop the range - if you have any suggestions for Sue to bake for you, let us know and we will see what she can rustle up.
