Save the date, get your party shoes on and join us for our next Burger and Bands day on Saturday 9 July!
We have a fantastic line-up of three local groups: Country Strong, Hoolies and The Rogues will be taking us through a brilliant range of music over the course of the day. From country and western toe-tappers, to rock classics and pop covers. There will be something for everyone!
We'll be open from 2pm, with the music starting at 3.30pm and playing through to 11pm. We host the event in our beer garden, with our marquee roof up for protection against any showers should they come (although we always do a sun-dance beforehand to try and ward them off!) It's a Glasto vibe without the journey to Somerset or the camping overnight, so bring a blanket or camping chairs if you like, or just dance the day away!
We also serve our juicy burgers throughout the event to satisfy hearty appetites, with a cheese burger, plain burger and veggie burger all available, plus fries on the side. We will of course have our full bar open, serving four great lagers, four ciders, three real ales, wines and spirits.
Bring the family, bring the dog, entry is free for everyone. All we ask is that you try and car share, grab a taxi or a lift where possible, as parking is limited. If a group of you are hoping to come from a similar location, let us know and we can point you in the direction of local private hire firms that have larger vehicles and can arrange a drop-off and pick up.
